PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping Within Greece:
- Delivery Time: 15-20 business days
- Shipping Cost: €4.50 for orders under €75
- FREE SHIPPING for orders over €75
- Carrier: ACS Courier / ELTA Courier

European Union Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 15-20 business days
- Shipping Cost: €9.90 for orders under €150
- FREE SHIPPING for orders over €150
- Countries: All EU member states

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside EU)

We currently ship primarily within Greece and the European Union. For shipping to countries outside the EU, please contact us at [your email address] for a custom shipping quote and delivery estimate.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 20 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.

All prices include VAT. No additional customs duties or taxes will apply for shipments within the EU.

For Non-EU Shipments:

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages:

1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product

Undeliverable Packages:
